VIDEO: Arab Sex Education and Islam

Sex education is a hot topic in the Middle East. In some regions sex education is available on Television programs. In other places it’s forbidden. Most of the students in this class didn’t receive any comprehensive, formal sex education in school. They decided to debate the issue. The video is only a short clip from a live debate.

The UAE has never been a hot spot for education but as of late the education setor is booming and and the sex indusry is blooming. Its only a matter of time before the two are put together.

Hats off to the participants of the discussion, and to the powers-that-be that allowed it. The Emirates is a great example of how being Islamic need not mean being fanatical. I suggest you invite sex educators from other countries to hold workshops and seminars in the Emirates. The Better Lover seminar from the neighbouring country of India, www.betterloverseminar.com would help the men in the Emirates become better, more sensitive lovers. I'm subscribed to their newsletters, and their teachings are truly sensitive and eye-opening. -Nabil (Malaysia)

I am sorry Nabil, I know you meant well.
But that "better lover" for the local men was too much for me.

Sex education should be treated clinically as well as emotionally.
Both go hand in hand.
